其实Leon乃青山精神病院病人，但智力过人，真个是天才与白痴。原来李老妇实乃被儿媳所害，其后儿子失足坠楼致死，其妻亦不欲偷生人世，但临终前誓言回魂之夜必找Leon等人报仇，于是一场人捉鬼鬼弄人的大战遂告展开。
